Three years ago we were talking with a family mediator about the frustrations of managing cases. The legal requirements and complexities of managing each stage of the cases requires complex administration. Out of the conversations came an idea to develop a solution to assist administration by automating many manual processes, and improve efficiency.
This year we've taken things a stage further by developing Progress Mediation 4 All. This is aimed at supporting multiple types of mediation in a single package. It's modular design aimed at breaking down the case management into stages, and at the same time providing a document control system.
