Progress Mediation 4 All provides case management support for private family mediation. Legal Aid support requires many more additional checks and reports, which are supported in our other online case management tool Progress Mediation.
Rather than displaying all case information onto a single screen, we divide the case elements into different screens providing easy access to different aspects of the case.
Five Stages
Stage 1 - Enquiry
Gathers initial stage information from the initial enquiry before transforming into an open case. It tracks various parameters to assist with marketing reports.
Stage 2 - Willingness
Tracks the Willingness of Party2 to undertake mediation, the format of the mediation. At this point the mediators are assigned to the case along with it's location. We also provides the ability to track the region where the mediation takes place.
Stage 3 - Intake / Assessment
This stage enables information to be entered for the assessment stage. This shows the next steps, proposed dates, special needs and the number of rooms required for mediation.
Stage 4 - Mediation
This stage determines the mediation session/s from the list of case activities. It also extracts the duration and any essential details from the notes field. This screen also provides the means of recording the authority to pass information between both parties and whether the case is a DCC.
Stage 5 - Completion
Records the final outcome of the mediation, whether successful or broken down. It provides the means of storing the case destroy date, along with storage location of any paper records (if required).
