The new case reports provide listing of cases where there has been no contact or activity for 30,60,90 or 120 days. These help to highlight cases where follow up tasks have not been defined.

New facliity provided to enable non IE browers to access generated reports. This also provides access to other devices.
We've modified how uploaded case documents are viewed. This enables non Internet Explorer browsers to open Word, Excel or picture files.
Invoices can now incorporate the cost of the venue fee. We've added a new field when creating invoices, which enables the cost of the venue or other expenses. This is then broken down in the invoice to show the venue costs as a separate line, but with the total including the mediation, venue and VAT where appropriate.
The system now supports the sending of emails with Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) addresses. These prevent email addresses being seen by other people when sending to multiple recipients. Yet another feature requested by mediators using Progress Mediation to save time.

We've just updated the case activity form entry to use a new Javascript technology. Instead of opening a new Window, we now overlay the form on the existing screen. This is part of our plan for providing full Mac compatibility.
Following conference call for Civil mediation, developed concept of Enquiry stage. This will be implemented across all mediation types to capture enquiries to ensure they are followed up within specific timeframe.
