Progress Mediation 4 All provides case management for enquiry / investigation mediation.
Rather than cramming all case information onto a single screen, we divide the case elements into four distinct stages to provide easy access to each aspect of the case.
Four Stages
Stage 1 - Enquiry
Gathers initial stage information from the initial enquiry before transforming into an open case. It tracks various parameters to assist with marketing reports.
Stage 2 - Willingness
Tracks the Willingness of Party2 to undertake mediation, the format of the mediation. At this point the mediators are assigned to the case along with it's location. We also provides the ability to track the region where the mediation takes place.
Stage 3 - Mediation
This stage determines the mediation session/s from the list of case activities. It also extracts the duration and any essential details from the notes field. Typically in enquiry / investigation mediation this takes place over a single mediation session, however we maintain the look of this screen across all mediation types.
Stage 4 - Completion
Records the final outcome of the mediation, along with storage location of any paper records (if required).
